Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah do not have lotteries. 15 states began in the 1970s, 20 states in the 1980s, 5 in the 1990s, and 8 in the 2000s. Old lottery tickets like this are extremely hard to find, there is a hobby built around the collecting of lottery tickets.
