Description: Blenko Glass 1969 Blue Turquoise Waffle Ashtray 697S. There is a black line between the glass. See photo. I called Blenko glass and was told it is most likely due to iron deposits while in production. I never noticed it before. Very beautiful color and design. It appears in the 1969 catalog which you can access online. Per Blenko this is not a handblown piece and is made with molds and spun. This is almost 3 lbs.
