Description: Original French white porcelain bowl from Rodach, Germany artist Max Roesler (1840-1922).The dish was distributed by French store Delvaux 18 Rue Royale Paris.Interior and rim are gold-plated. The outside resembles leaves of lettuce or cabbage. The gold is somewhat scratches and faded.At the bottom is the makers mark from Max Roesler, Rodach and written in gold “Delvaux 18 Rue Royale Paris". Delvaux was a famous store in Paris, selling porcelain and crystals. It operated from 1880 until the 1970s.Max Roesler founded his own earthenware factory in 1894.
