Description: Antique Bisque Porcelain Dolls, Made In Japan. Embossed 1417 on their backs. 2 1/2" tall with handmade cloth dresses. Jointed arms and brown molded hair. As seen in the photos, they have black on their backs, I'm guessing to see the embossed markings. They show some wear such as small scratches and worn paint but no cracks or chipped pieces. The dresses have been hand made on these dolls and can't be removed without removing threads. These are really cute tiny dolls with rosey red cheeks and hand painted eyes giving them individual appearances.
