The iH6 itself, and all included accessories and parts, are in EXCELLENT CONDITION - you would have to look very close to find very faint scuffs or scratches that are typically found on glossy black plastic after it's been dusted, etc., as well as a few minor dings. It literally looks as nice today as it did the day I brought it home from Costco nearly 10 years ago. I typically ship via USPS Priority Expedited Mail, often on the same day or next business day.
