These were only given as a bonus to people watching the movie in certain theaters for the 2nd showing in Japan. These originally come as a flat, uncut sheet of 4 cards. When you buy these, I can either send them as shown, already cut, or I can send you the flat uncut versions - your choice. These are standard size, being 6 x 4 inches or so.
