This is a gray metal buckle with darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals, in the 1980s-90s. It is in pretty decent condition as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-7/8" x 2-7/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.4 oz.
