CD Disclaimer I have examined this CD to the extent possible and I have listed all flaws (if any) in the description above. My examination covers but isn't necessarily limited to : Loose discs inside Whether the shrinkwrap is still in place andcomplete Whether there is any obvious scratching or other damage to the. case Where I do find an issue, it will have been documented in the listing above and also by pictures, where possible. Please note that brand new CD's are generally still encased in shrinkwrap which makes a full and thorough examination difficult. In particular, it is impossible to ascertain the condition of the case under any cardboard cover as this is hidden. If an imperfection of this kind is subsequently discovered, I can't be held responsible as this is not something I could reasonably expect to find or make known before the sale. All CD's shipped by me are known to have all discs inside secured and not loose. In fact, if I receive a Brand New item with a loose disc, I will open it to ensure no damage then sell it with the note that it is no longer shrink wrapped and the reason why. If a disc should come loose during shipping, this is unfortunately not something I can be held responsible for.
