Description: You are bidding on a NEW: OTHER LEGO Set. All the pieces, stickers (if applicable) and instruction book(s) are included. These sets have been opened but not played with. I have included a picture to show any issues I found. They are in brand-new condition. I open boxes for two reasons: 1. To look inside at a particular piece or 2. I have intentions of keeping the set, so I remove the contents and store in a Sterilite container. They will still be enclosed in original factory sealed numbered bags. Nothing has been removed or altered. GENERAL INFORMATION:1) LEGO PIECE(s): All pieces are included in their sealed numbered bags. In some sets, LEGO does put loose pieces in their boxes.2) NON-LEGO, BROKEN, FADED or VARIATIONS in MOLDING PIECES: (Not Applicable to NEW SETS)3) MINI-FIGs: All original minifigs are included with their correct accessories.4) STICKER(s): All sticker sheets will be original and never applied.5) INSTRUCTION BOOK(s): Original unused instruction book(s) will be included. 6) BOXES: If you would like the box removed to save on shipping costs, just send me an email/text stating: “DO NOT SHIP BOX, I would like to have the original box removed. I am aware that may or may not increase/decrease shipping charges. I am aware that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.” 7) SHIPPING: Unless otherwise requested, I ship all packages “USPS Priority Mail”. Buyer pays all shipping costs.a) I will only ship to the registered address on file on eBay. Don’t ask me to ship elsewhere, I won't. b) I will combine shipping if eBay procedures are followed. Please read the eBay guidelines for combined shipping prior to bidding or “Buy it Now” purchases. c) Combined Shipping does have certain requirements that must be followed. i) All items must be purchased by the same buyer (User I.D.) and ii) They must all be paid for at the same time. iii) eBay’s programming is set up to accommodate combined shipping.
