Description: This is a vintage (probably 1970s) postcard featuring a caricature illustration by Martin for Carnaby Street in London. Martin of London. Printed in Great Britain. 5 1/4" x 7 1/4". Carnaby Street is a pedestrianized shopping street in the City of Westminster, London, located in the Soho district, near Oxford Street and Regent Street. Excellent condition with just a few small dents. Never used, but the back has the adhesive residue from a small price sticker. Acquired about 25 years ago from the estate of a big collector who traveled the world and had some very scarce paper items. This will be shipped in an envelope between paperboard sheets as protection; stiffeners may not be used (per USPS regulations) at this shipping rate.
