Description: Rarely seen 2 service Air Force 1950s blue backed theater made ribbon bar.. not sure his this is a german or japanese made version but it is without a doubt theater made and 1950s dating.. The bar would have been awarded to a someone who served 2 enlistments in the Marines ( usmc ) probably fought in korea and who served 2 enlistments in the Air Force. On the bar - Air Force Good Conduct Medal w OLC - USMC Marin Corps Good Conduct medal w 2nd award star - National Defense Service Medal w 2nd Award Star - Korean War Campaign Medal - Air Force Longevity Ribbon w 2x OLC this would denote 12 years of service( not sure if he included his USMC service in this it seems so ) - Air Force Small Arms Expert Marksman Ribbon - UN Korean War Service Medal This bar seems to show service from roughly 1951 or 1952 through until 1963 or so... super interesting bar.. This piece was clearly worn and used and does have minor wear. Super uncommon bar and combination and a great theater made piece to boot! Check out all my other unique militaria!
