Description: Kawasaki HOT Cycle Big Wheel By Empire Vintage 1970s super RARE. Used condition. The front wheel does have a flat spot. The steering is loose. Please look at the pictures, and ask questions. I’m willing to provide any pictures you may want Update: I have taken it apart and added shipping. The frame is damaged where the fork goes through, hence the loose steering. To put it back together the push nuts for the handle bars and wheels will need reinstalled. There was some damage done to the push nut for the wheel. It should go back on, but if not you should be able to get a replacement. Please take a good look at the pictures.
