His white coat has a small mark from his stethoscope inside his white jacket as shown in photo, he has not been displayed, so there is no dust. He is signed by artist Karen Germany on his right leg. He comes in original box, with Certificate of Authenticity that is signed by Karen Germany, and has original attached hang tag.
