Doesn't indicate where it was manufactured; however, I know that Ibelo is or was a manufacturer located in Frankfurt, Germany and part of the Colibri Group. It's therefore quite possible that this lighter was manufactured elsewhere using the Ibelo brand. Mechanical: Lights pretty well; even after, being in a box since January, without refill. Flame is beginning to get weak though. Cosmetics: Near mint, see pics. Mirror like Chrome finish causing a great deal of reflection.
