Description: Here we have a very cool advertising piece made by Griswold for the Sandvik Saw & Tool Co. This pan is known as a Plett pan and is used to make Swedish mini pancakes. Based in Sweden, the Sandvik Corporation had offices in New York and Minneapolis in the 1920’s and 30’s. Seems only fitting they would choose a Plett pan to put the company name on. This pan is in excellent restored condition and appears to have seen little use. On top there are 7 round indentations for pancakes. On the bottom it is marked Sandvik Saw & Tool Corp. with part number 2980. Sits flat with small movement between the 2:00 & 8:00 positions. Does not spin. Cleaned to bare iron using electrolysis, then seasoned 3 times. Measurements: Diameter-9.25 inches Length-14 inches
