*GENUINE* Pentair 520556 IntelliChlor Power Center *“For Pentair” May Void Wrty!

Description: Caution! There are counterfeit Power Centers all over eBay. In fact, almost all of them are. There are Chinese companies that have started counterfeiting Pentair products up here as it has become very lucrative. I see EasyTouch circuit boards, Chlorine generators and power supplies, flow and temp sensors and Chlorine generator surge boards up here just to name a few. The way you can tell is the listings will say “For Pentair.” Look for a silver Pentair part number and serial number sticker with manufacturing date on it as well. Every genuine Pentair part has one. Please avoid these if you still have equipment under warranty because Pentair can and will void your entire system’s warranties from your $2,000 IntelliFlo to your $1,200 IC40 to your $5,000 UltraTemp to your $3,000 IntelliCenter if they find ONE single counterfeit piece in your system because “they all communicate with each other over data using the green and yellow leads.” Your entire system, could be voided over saving a few bucks. We all know it’s probably not the counterfeit piece but to give the manufacturer the legal right to refuse to repair or replace the defective part is the last thing you need for your investment. It’s better to install a working used part than a brand new counterfeit. This power supply was used for TWO MONTHS. It came with my IC20 which I was told was enough for my 20,000 gallon pool. Nobody told me that the 20k rating was if you ran your pump for 24 hours a day. If you run your pump 8 hours which is typical, then 1/3 of a day gets you 1/3 of 20,000 gallons worth of chlorine production or 6,666 gallons so I bought an IC60 and now all is well. My new IC60 came with a new power supply and this one has been sitting in my garage ever since. It’s in nearly perfect condition.
