Can run on 4 AA batteries or a 6v power supply, neither are included however.Has three operating modes, demonstration mode can be used by continuously holding the button that is separate from unit and is connected via wire, motion activated mode can be used if switch is moved to "on" position on bottom of unit, sensor is above nameplate on front of base, button on top of base will operate unit regardless of on/off switch position.Plays one of two songs "Act Naturally" or "I'll Survive".See photos for more details or anything we may have missed in our description.
