Description: GDW's Bloody Kasserine. Tunisia, early 1943, the Germans have been on the run, but now two things are different. The 21st and 10th Panzer Divisions have been reinforced with newly arrived tanks, including the new heavy Tiger tanks, and Rommel, "The Desert Fox" has arrived. The resulting battle was the US Army's baptism of fire in Europe. *Game features tanks, air power, weather, and special rules for tactical experience of German infiltration and break-off, as well as poor training in US infantry and poor equipment of French infantry. * Alternate scenarios including reduced German command friction and Patton in command of the US Corps. Moderate complexity and high solitaire suitability. Components: Map, counters, rulebook, player aid cards, errata and addenda, and two 6-sided dice. In games with punched counters, I make sure all counters are present and will comment if punched or 'cut out'. I will note if counter corners are clipped (which I feel is a positive for game play).
