It is brand new and has never been taken out of the box. The only minor imperfections to the box are a very small corner tear on the front, top corner and a tiny tear to one of the bottom flaps. Both of which can be seen in the photos posted in this listing. The signature also has some scratches to it. I'm not sure how this was caused as it was sent to me in this condition. Other than that, I would say it is in near "MINT" condition. It will be shipped in a hard stack with other packing materials for extra protection.
