Description: Exceptional Antique Two-Piece Vienna Regulator Porcelain Clock Dial and Bezel For a Single weight movement. From the estate of a horologist and physics professor.Stored in an interior closet for many years. Two-piece porcelain clock dial and brass bezel in excellent condition. Please refer to the pictures, they are the best description. 7 3/16" Outer bezel diameter, the bezel is polished and was lacquered probably 20 years ago and still looks new. No scratches or dents that I can see. A couple faint tarnish marks (like water spots) appear, I tried to photograph them. The inner dial has well-secured grommets, there is an almost imperceptible hairline crack in between the two fittings. No displacement or separation, just a hairline black line. The outer dial is also in excellent condition, the numbers look quite sharp and complete. A hairline crack exists in between the numbers nine and ten on the porcelain dial. Again, no displacement, just the faint crack. I can't see any others. The dimensions of the attachment and holes should be evident in the photographs. I will pack things really well! Message me with questions. Thanks for shopping!
