This Item comes complete with three strike plates, strike screws and two deadbolts and fits most Emtek Exterior doors. A bronze finish in an oil rubbed bronze look is timeless and classic, and will compliment any door or hardware combination you can pair it with. The 8514US10B from Emtek is an oil rubbed bronze 1-piece 24" surface bolt with three 6" strikes. It requires a 3/8" diameter hole and has a weight of 0.9 lbs. The EMT 8514 surface bolt comes with 3 strikes and screws. This heavy duty (commercial grade) security strike is compatible with bars that are 2 3/16" to 2 3/4" in diameter, and works with all standard deadbolts from 2 1/2" to 2 3/4". It has a 10-year limited manufacturers warranty. This is a surface bolt for use on hollow doors which have pre-drilled holes. The face of the bolt has 3 grip points. To install, perform the following steps. 1. Drill hole slightly smaller than the bolt body diameter as required by building codes. 2. Tap in decorative strike or use included 3/8" drill bit to drill appropriate sized pilot hole for #10 machine screw and washer... The E-Series comes complete with a heavy duty bolt and strike as well as screws. E-Series plates come standard with a heavy duty bolt, which is raised slightly off the surface to prevent tampering from even a dime. The 2" strike is adjustable to fit your deadbolt hole.
