Description: Vintage Empoli Italy Ruby RED Covered Candy Dish, Compote Circus Tent Lid Clear Stem 10" with Sticker. This is 10 inches to top knob of lid. 8 inches in diameter and has a 4.5 inch depth in center. This is preowned. There is sticker remnant but where it is I can't get my camera to focus on it and the writing is badly blurred but it does match vintage sticker for brand in shape and color. There are no chips cracks or flea bites there is a tiny bubble in the glass of the lid ( pic 6 for closeup not a chip fracture or bruise its smooth inside and out. ) This is not flashed glass it is true RUBY Red I know cause I had to pick ancient tape off. At some point someone had taped it together years ago with old scotch cellophane tape and it took goo gone to get it all off.
