Description: For your consideration, a massive hand carved Early American wood goose decoy. The decoy measures 18” long, 7 ¾” wide, 14” tall and weighs a hefty 7 ¼ pounds. It is in excellent vintage condition save for an area of wood separation at the neck and numerous shot holes (!). It is an easy repair job to fix the neck. This goose has been in my family since 1965 and was purchased at, if I remember correctly, an auction in Upstate NY.Good luck bidding on this rare item.
