At your request, I will send you a 20-30 minute personalized distant Usui method Reiki session to activate your holistic self energy healing and any specific intentions you may have(can be more than one). All sessions will be per your specific request. ✨✨Some of the benefits of Reiki and energy healing include but not limited to an inner calm, optimism, empowerment, symptom relief, accelerated healing and increased well being. It helps with both emotional and physical healing. ✨✨I will ask you to provide your name, location and any specific intention - emotional, spiritual and/or physical areas you want to focus on or if you prefer to simply receive a general session to remove all blockages and their causes always for your highest and best good and to help restore you to perfect health of body, mind and spirit. ✨✨✨✨Please Note: I do not ship any goods but I will provide you a summary of the session via email or message afterwards. ✨✨✨✨ I will message you the date I will send Reiki to you - usually within 24 hours. I will also message you after with any intuitive signs or messages I felt during your session, if requested. All you need to do during this time is state your intention while taking slow deep breaths. During this day, it’s best to hydrate and rest, if you feel like as well as staying present and restating your intention. There are times when more than one Reiki healing will be needed.
