Actual postage is not the only cost .... shipping costs include many factors such as packaging costs, peanuts, tape, travel to the post office, etc. That's why it's called "shipping and handling". Please note that under Ebay's Star Rating System anything less than a 5 star rating on all categories is akin to negative feedback :-( You may think that you are leaving a reasonable rating by giving a seller DSR's of 4 stars but Ebays feedback system treats anything less than 5 stars as sub-standard. Four stars is not a "good" rating as Ebay has shoppers believe. When rating us by Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR's) please keep in mind that "Shipping Time" is the time that it takes us to mail your package and not the time it takes for the delivery service to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for the shippers work ... please don't rate us on their performance. Please also remember that, if you pay with an e-check, we will not mail your package until payment has cleared ... please do not consider this as slow shipping. "Shipping Time" should be judged on how quickly the item is in the mail after paid - NOT how long it takes to arrive. When rating on "Shipping and Handling Charges" remember that sellers may charge actual packaging materials cost and a reasonable handling fee to cover the seller's time and direct costs associated with shipping.
