I had interests in the origin of Batgirl for a little while and had already read pas showcase presents of heroes like Superman and Batman so I thought I could try it out for its amazing price of under 15 bucks.The first thing I wanted to make clear is just because this book is about Batgirl that does not mean it's a girl's book at all. People of rather gender can enjoy a epic tale like this one. In this thick binding of over 20 (give or take) issues we see batgirl beginning and how she thrives as a superhero and fights along the side of heroes like Superman,Batman,Supergirl and many more. This read will take you a while to finish if you don't read at least 4 or 5 issues a day.Well to conclude my review I must say I really enjoyed this Showcase and recommend it to any DC Universe fan.Showcase Presents Batgirl vol.1 = 10/10
