Description: I built this Thinline Tele back in 2010 when I was working in a music store. I originally bought the Squier Pro Tone Stratocaster because of the flamey neck! Very unusual to see THAT on a Squier! I played it for a while and then decided I wanted to custom build a Thinline Tele, so I sold the body and got an Allparts Thinline Tele one in swamp ash to mate with the neck. The pickups are a Kent Armstrong Firebird Humbucker in the front and a Semour Duncan Tele Humbucker in the back. Volume control is push pull so it splits the coils. Three piece brass bridge like original Teles. Tuners are black Gotohs. I stuck a couple of decals on the back of the body for fun! Allparts ash body has been finished in Watco natural oil. Neck finish has not been touched and is in original condition. It’s a vintage 7.25 Fender radius with original frets with very minor wear. There is some darkening of the headstock near the E and B tuners (see pic). I don’t know what happened there but it doesn’t affect the guitar or tuning keys. I am selling this guitar with a generic gig bag that could use some TLC. The fabric around the handle has ripped (see pic). You could glue it up I guess for an easy fix, but I’ll leave that up to the new owner. I’m selling this as a Buy It Now item, so please NO offers as well as no return. I’m also offering free shipping via UPS Ground! You’re welcome to ask any questions and thanks for looking!
