Description: This vintage reprint of a classic has illustrations printed from wooden engravings. This hardbound book is complete with its dust jacket. the jacket shows light signs of use such as wear along the edges and corners and some small tears along the top and bottom. the cloth cover is clean and unfaded with very light signs of use to the edges and corners. there is some light age staining to the inside front and rear covers. the pages are clean, unmarked, free of dog ears and tears. there are a few small light markings/stains to the some exposed page ends and the top exposed page ends appear more yellow in color. the binding is solid. please see photos I love to rescue vintage items, especially books, and help them find their forever homes.
