Delys was born in Leipzig, Germany. In 1953, she left Germany for New York. She went to work for the Peace Corp.. She died in Norway, Maine. This postcard was published by Film-Foto as part of a series (No.A3596/1). The photograph is by Bavaria Film-Kunst. The company was founded in 1919 in Munich, Germany. The studio remains one of Europe's largest film production companies. During the Nazi Germany era, Bavaria Film-Kunst became one of the four major film companies of Germany.
