Description: This is a Carrera y Carrera, Madrid, Spain, ladies watch from the 1980s that I inherited. The only information I have on the piece is what I can see. I did replace the battery a few years ago and it ran. It does need a new battery at this time. I have all the original packaging and paperwork. It was purchased in 1989 for $6780.00. It is made with 18k gold and has two matte gold ladies hands holding the watch face with a pearl and gold band. The round face measures about 1/2" wide and has four diamonds. The hands of yellow gold have white gold cuffs with 18 diamonds. The hands, watch face and cuffs measure about 1 1/2" long. The watch and pearl bracelet measures about 6 5/8" long total. The pearl bracelet has gold rondelles between each pearl and two gold chevrons on each side. It is marked 750 and MCD. It is in very good condition, but is vintage and shows signs of wear on the back case. I tried to show this in the photos. This is a very unique and rare watch which is really a piece of art. It has a substantial feel while being delicate with so many details at the same time. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like more pictures.
