What you are buying is a 45" section of authentic bleacher bench from the former home of professional baseball in St. Louis: Busch Stadium. These seats were removed from Busch Stadium in 2005 by S&S Seating. Riser-mount bench seats come with steel floor-mount brackets to enable free-standing. They have been in kept in storage in our warehouse in Indiana since being removed from the stadium and are in "as-is" unrestored condition. The wood bench may have scratches and some color fade and the cast-iron legs may show signs of rust where the paint has been rubbed off over the years. All seats are in working order, are very sturdy and ready for use! PLEASE NOTE: We have multiple sets available...the ones pictured are not the exact seats but will be similar. We will not be able to provide pictures of the exact seats you will receive, as they are already boxed up and ready to ship. These seats come with a Certificate of Authenticity. Busch Stadium’s 96-arch “Crown of Arches” echoed the iconic Gateway Arch, which was completed only one year before the opening of Busch Stadium. Opened on May 12, 1966, Busch Stadium hosted six World Series in 1967, 1968, 1982, 1985, 1987 & 2004. Busch Stadium was also the site of Mark McGwire’s historic 62nd home run of the 1998 season, which broke Roger Maris’ single season record. The final game played at Busch Stadium was October 19, 2005.
