They have been returning them to sender.I can use USPS, letter mail $3.50 and .25 for each additional card with no top-loader. Multi-pal cards will be shipped in a ridged photo package. Shipping is by regular mail. No guarantees. I have shipped over a 1,000 items by regular mail with no issues for buyers here on eBay.
