Description: Vintage brass double-handled chafing dish and warming stand (2-pc serving set). Originally purchased from a collector's estate. Unknown artisan, but appears to have a makers mark. Silver-tone metal oval pan measures 13/16", total width is 1-1/16" including handles (flat bottom part of pan is 3/4"). Gold-tone brass warming stand is 7/16" high. Unique and nicely made set "to keep the food warm". Petite slender legs on gold-tone stand make for an elegant design and serving piece. Am downsizing my collection, and take comfort finding new homes where they will be enjoyed as much:)
