There is no seal on it because this specific Japanese Playstation 3 console did not come with a seal from the Sony factory. It is unopened and unused still though. It comes with a custom box protector to store and display it. This is just for the console, controller, cables, and japanese manuals. No games or additional accessories are included. This is no a backwards compatible PS3 because it is the CECHL00 model from Japan. It will play USA playstation 3 games but it will not play USA BluRay disks.
