Signed in the low left corner the work is dated 1994 and is signed a second time and titled verso. The painting shows a large tent placed in front of a street of lovely Philadelphia row house's. There are multiple figures in the foreground along with some natural vegetation and trees until the tent which is packed with countless figures enjoyed the event below. With the whole seen placed under a dark blue and yellow sky which I find quite interesting this work looks great on the wall. I particularly love the almost naive style making this an overall extremely attractive painting. In fine condition the work is excellent while the wood frame may show minimal imperfections.
