I estimate it being from the 1980s because of the shoulder padding and shape, but it also has a 1940s feel too. The dress is in a great condition, and only has some minor signs of wear. The fabric looks and feels like soft cotton.The hem hits right above my knees (I’m 5’7) but there is 6.6 inch (17 cm) allowance of fabric inside, so you could alter the length easily. The back has a hidden zipper and beautiful button details.
