The following is instructions for install, Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 5: put in new chip by placing it on the socket with the notch(on one corner) matching the notch on the socket sticker side up, then gently but firmly push down on the chip. 6: slide the top back in position and power up the charger before you put the screws back in. Just be careful since it is not secure. 7: on boot it should ID ver 3.6 and after self-check push the ?TEST? button and it will also display 3.6 8: replace all screws and your charger is up to date. At one point I bought these in bulk and now find myself liquidating things as I get close to retirement. Shipping cost and taxes are out of my control but I am offering these at about 50% off. I am just restarting my Ebay sales after lumbar fusion surgery so my shipping will not be as fast as in the past as I heal.
