Description: Vintage / Antique Session Eight-Day Mantle ClockWorking and includes Pendulum and KeysThis is a stunning piece that will make a beautiful, elegant addition to your traditional decor. Lovely on a mantle or other type of shelf or desk. The clock was made in Forestville, Conn. This one is not dated anywhere but these were made in the early 1900's around the 1935-1940. This clock is in very nice cosmetic condition, especially for its age. Minor scuffs along the hard lines and corners - could be touched up or leave it as is to look original. Fits its time period and is a very nice piece for use and display. Clock movement works very nicely. Keeps time and stays running. I am not a clock expert so I did not clean or oil anything inside so as to not do anything incorrectly. May need a professional cleaning but works very good as it is.Dimensions: 18" long, 5 1/2" deep, 10 1/2" tall, and weighs almost 9 lbs. Please see all pictures for a complete description. Video was added to let you hear what the chime sounds like and shows the workings with it chiming 8 times and continuing to tick before and after.
