That is done by sliding pendulum weight on its wire hanger. Pull apart to make slower/push together to speed up. Note that minute hand is missing its finial and there is a small nick in top of wood case-see photos. One leg of clock has always been a tiny bit shorter than the others so it wobbles a bit if touched, but not while operating. Replacement hands can be purchased from on-line clock repair shops if desired. Small bits of “glow in the dark” paint on numbers and hands. Size: 12” wide x 14” tall x 5 1/2” deep.
