Description: Antique - Keuffel & Esser Co. Miners Compass - Brass - New York Stamped 10640 Not very many of these around, especially in this condition. Great addition to a collection. Well taken care of and part of an estate for decades. Light scuff or discoloration spots on the brass. Glass is in great shape. The movement of the needle is very smooth and does land on North. Weight of compass is almost 16oz, it feels heavy and well made for its size. Please see attached video pictures for condition. Exact year of manufacture is unknown.
