Description: Hello and Welcome to The Textile Trunk! ~ Please follow us on Instagram we are @textiletrunk The two designs on this quilt are WONDERFUL! ~*~ *~ A fabulous textile, ideal for any period interior!! ~*~ ~*~ The condition of this quilt makes it only ideal for primitive interiors OR for re- purposing as there are wear spots, holes etc ( please see photographs and condition details) ~ Stunning design! ~ ~*~ This quilt has two sides, the front ( smaller medalian pattern) is made a magical pattern! Ive never seen this pattern in all of my years! Reds, yellow, green and blue ~*~ . The front fabric is a resist and hand block printed and hand block printed French fabric, STUNNING Indienne paisley design ~! The backing is wonderful 1805 hand block printed design with resist dye techniques also! The colors on the back side are green , yellow, blue and tomatoe red. ~ There is a medium thickness cotton batting between the layers. This quilt is hand stitched and hand quilted ~ ~*~~ ( EQ1920 ) MEASUREMENTS : This lovely textile measures approx. 96 inches by approx. 94 inches CONDITION:This quilt is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. Each side has holes exposing the batting and near the middle of the quilt there is a hole penetrating all layers. This quilt has many many small holes exposing the batting, small tears etc. Its very very important to use the zoom feature on the photographs to view condition closely ~ Condition reflected in the price. A stunning quilt, suitable for a rustic / primitive interior or lovely for re-purposing. This quilt would make MANY stunning pillows etc ~ ( condition reflected in the price)
