Description: Here we have a beautiful antique Art Nouveau period Electro Plated Pewter tray. This was made by top quality makers WMF of Germany and it comes fully stamped to the underside. It is quite difficult to read but I think this backstamp dates from c1895-1903 which makes sense given it's Jugendstil design. I would assume this is a card tray, this shows lots of swag/whiplash flair especially to the handles. Some leaf and berry decoration and fanned fluted work. It measures approximately just over 5 inches by 5 inches. Perfect for the lover of Art Nouveau, a collector of WMF, card trays or a lovely addition to any dressing table. This is the only one on eBay of course so get it while you can!
