This delightful painting depicts a child in her nightgown and cap hugging a furry black dog, while sitting on a reeded-seat chair. It is oil on canvas, backed but not attached to a cardboard. It is in good condition with two minor creases in the oval background area, one to the left of the child's head and the other off of her shoulder.
