I've been unable to find an exact match so I don't know whether the bowl and holder were originally sold together. However, the fit like they may have originally been together. The metal holder is marked Forbes Silver Quadruple. The cobalt blue cup is marked Bramah British. The piece is about 4-1/2" tall. The glass cup has a diameter of about 3-1/2".
