Description: Hey Friends, This is an all original pair of 1939 Washington truck license plates. These are not county coded. Truck plates were only county coded from 1941-1957. These are correct for any type of truck from a small pickup to a semi truck. Any pre war truck plates are hard to find. It’s even harder to find pairs. Both plates are straight and lay flat. They have strong metal if you wanted to have them restored. The top plate has two extra holes. The bottom plate has one extra hole. NO cracks on either plate. Just minor dents on both plates. Mainly at the top of each plate around the mounting holes. Surface rust on the front and back of both plates with original paint peeking out in places. A good overall pair of 86 year old truck plates. A great addition to your plate collection. These are legal to use in Washington as a YOM plate.
