Description: AAT-101 Aerosol Spray Adhesive is a high performance, waterproof, web adhesive used for both temporary and permanent bonding. Its quick, initial tack and high solids make it perfect for cardboard, foam, plastics, cloth, polyethylene sheeting, carpet padding and carpet. It is non-staining which makes it suitable for bonding carpet backings, fabrics and upholstery. Use this product for your toughest adhesive applications with materials such as plastics (including polyethylene sheeting), various foams (esters, polyurethane), carpet, marine carpet, FRP, wood, cloth, cardboard, leather, various metals, and many elastomers. This product contains no chlorinated solvents. Surface Preparation: Materials to be bonded must be clean and dry, free of oil, dirt, paint, moisture, grease or any other bond inhibiting substance. Directions: Shake Well Before Using. For Industrial Use Only. Ensure Adequate Ventilation During Application. Hold AAT-101 six inches from surface to be bonded and apply a uniform coating. For a permanent bond apply to both surfaces. Allow the adhesive to tack before bonding. Place substrates together while adhesive is still tacky. For a temporary bond, apply lightly to one surface, allow 3-5 minutes of dwell time before bonding. For non-metallic substrates, compatibility testing is recommended of production parts in typical operating environments. It is the sole responsibility of the user to determine the suitability and compatibility of the adhesive for the end user’s intended use. NOTE: Hold can upside down and spray for one second to clear nozzle. EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE - Vapors will accumulate readily. Keep product away from heat, sparks, flames, pilot lights, and sources of static discharge. Do not store above 120°F, or in direct sunlight. Contents under pressure. Do not puncture, incinerate or discard in compactor. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
