Description: A 1955 Vintage Plastic Prescription Medicine RX Empty Pill Bottle From University Park Medical Clinic Pharmacy Denver CO. Original label. Collectible Apothecary. 69 years old. The address and old style phone number are listed on the label. The original label has the name, date, instructions and doctors name. I have redacted some of this in the pictures, it is visible on the label on the bottle. The bottle is made of clear plastic and has a white plastic lid. Measures approximately 2” tall and is marked on the bottom with PL-5. As found in good condition, I don’t see any chips. The top of the lid does show some scratching. Nice piece to add to a collection, is great for small craft item storage as well.
