Description: For sale is a recently refurbished 9' South Bend bamboo fly rod. 2 piece with 1 tip section. Will fish a 7 or 8 weight line. All new guides, thread, glass-like varnish and a new set of good quality nickel silver soldered ferrules. A really strong rod that doesn't feel heavy in the hand. I'm confident enough in this rod that I honor returns if you don't like it. This rod handle doesn't have the "Comficient" thumb grip that most South Bend rods have. Slight soiling on the cork but no repairs, cracks or fractures in this rod! Thanks for looking! You won't be disappointed if you're looking for a bass or steelhead rod that toys with the fish!
