The blouse pulls on overhead and features shoulder pads, a ruffled, V neckline as well as three-quarters length, dolman sleeves with elastic cuffs. It has long tassel ties at the rear sides of neck, a ruffled triangular panel at the upper back, echoing the front, and drawstring closure at the rear! The ankle length skirt has an elastic, high waist, and a flowy silhouette. Hem is ruffled. Both pieces unlined. I love the mix of the prints here with the sleeves in a busy, almost "folk embroidery" pattern, in contrast to the body of the blouse which is an 80s take on abstract geometry!
