We have had few problems with damage on the records we have shipped so far. 78RPM Okeh 40618 Tom Brown - Good Night, I'll See You in the Morning, VG with needle dig/scratches / Merritt Brunies - Up Jumped the Devil, nice V+ to E-. This rare (not on Discogs) c1926 record I played all of the Brunies Devil side and that sounded above average and is some nice early Dixieland. Great side. The Brown side I played the start, and it sounded not too bad--more noise than the Brunies side. The Brown side has a devilish dig (middle) that I won't play needs to be filled with China grease pencil, I will fill the bad dig If you ask-I am no expert at doing it. On Brown side it looks like it was played with a bad needle in a few spots. The Brunies side (the good side) is a nice visible V+ to E-, it has a couple surfacy cosmetic nicks that I did not hear, nice sound, clean medium, smooth by touch, no other notable or big flaws, see the photos above. Graded visually. Labels have medium wear, nice labels, some fade on b. Will be in the sleeve it has been stored in for decades. This comes from the bigbillkorst2 jazz collection.
